Accounts Payable Automation with SAP Workflow and Microsoft SharePoint

APay Link - The overall flow of documents starts with scanning documents, which are deposited into a SharePoint library. From the SharePoint library, APayLink notifies the APay Center environment that a new document is ready for indexing.  Indexing happens within the APay Center environment inside SAP.  APay Center in turn notifies the SharePoint document library of the indexing and transmits the appropriate attributes so that documents are searchable within the SharePoint environment.  Throughout the document lifecycle, users are able to search for the document within the SharePoint environment using the APayLink enabled search and filtering functionality.
