APay Portal, provides management a monitoring and reporting tool from the internet. The same dashboard view allows management to monitor invoices and productivity in real-time outside of SAP.

As if in SAP, users are able to view invoices and all supporting documents as well as view the status history.

In addition to the dashboard view, APay Portal also provides a chart view or real-time business intelligence view.

These chart views are an overview of all active invoices within SAP; reflecting a status analysis (consolidated or by user), processor productivity, daily volume, cycle times (consolidated or by user), and due date analysis.

Additional charts can be added to fulfill the client's requirements.
