Records Management for HR

Convenient search methods facilitate fast retrieval of the required information. Records can also be made available on the Internet, and agents with appropriate authorization can even access the information locally.

  • More than one person can access a record simultaneously. This means the records do not need to be physically transported, and time-consuming and cost-intensive copying and routing processes are not required.
  • This also opens up new possibilities for organizing work, for example project groups or work groups can be formed which share the processing of similar transactions.
  • Users can call multiple business objects (transactions, reports, images, etc.) that they need directly from the record, without having to switch between SAP Records Management and the application system, and without searching for the corresponding objects in the application system.

Role-specific views can be created for a record. You can specify which elements are displayed for a particular agent, so that not all agents see the same elements within a record. This enables management of all related information in one location, even if this information is not to be accessible to all employees.
