The Dashboard provides human resource personnel an at-a-glance view of documents related to each employee. It’s extensive search criteria capability provides users the ability to produce reports or conduct analyses based on specific data.

In addition, HR Dashboard allows authorized users the ability to attach documents directly from their desktop. These added documents will be linked to the applicable employee and infotype within SAP.

Norikkon's Dashboard provides hot spots so that users can point and click, gaining direct access to a specific document for real-time viewing rather than navigating through the standard HR transactions. This functionality can be very useful when management requests a copy of a particular document.
