Vendor maintenance and approval

Challange

Required the handling of paper forms, often leading to lost forms, slow cycle times and inaccurate vendor records

Solution

Using standard SAP transactions, a vendor form can be scanned and electronically routed to the vendor maintenance group using a custom workflow. Through a custom screen and simultaneous display of the electronic form, a user is able to perform the necessary research within SAP R/3 to change an existing vendor records or create a new vendor.

Result

Eliminated paper handling. No more lost forms. Reduces cycle time. Improves visibility of accurate vendor records.

Labor contracts

Challenge

Were stored as physical files. Critical information, dates, and updates are not easily accessible.

Solution

Using standard SAP transactions and workflow, Norikkon created a platform to index, manage and retrieve union labor contracts.

Result

Automated the approval and revision process and provides easy acess to all related information and status history.

1099 and W-2 records

Challenge

The client needed to be able to link 1099 and W-2 records to vendors and employees.

Solution

Norikkon converted selected 1099 and W2 records into PDF files and linked the image to the appropriate vendor or employee SAP record.

Medical Prescription Applications

The client needed to decrease the cycle time for Medical Prescription Applications which were manually routed for review and approval

Solution

Applications were scanned and, using standard SAP transactions and workflow, automatically routed to the appropriate user for review or approval. All transactions were archived and linked to the corresponding SAP document.
